TF CornerstoneReviews of tfc.com

TFC creates beautiful living environments and the staff onsite is so friendly and professional. HOWEVER, the TFC management team has been absolutely terrible to work with. TERRIBLE. They lack any semblance of customer forward thinking or responsiveness and are a complete disaster when it comes to conflict resolution. I would not recommend trying to raise any concerns if you decide to live in any of their units. They will do nothing to aid in support of your inquiry.

I had a very pleasant experience throughout the leasing procedure. I would recommend the management and their properties.

I have been a resident for 3 months now and I have found the TFC staff to be nothing short of excellent. My small issues were addressed immediately and the front desk staff are outstanding. It has been a pleasure to be a resident in the building.

I love living here so far. All of the doormen are so accommodating and friendly. Great service!

Moving into this building is hardest Part. There is no parking or standing can be done during weekdays. In weekend you need to park far on sidewalks and move stuff. The back door cant be stay open even you have extra person standing there. There was lack of communication and stupidity at Front desk in weekend even though you booked the freight elevator for moving. New Person at front desk didnot care that my movers need to leave, they are on hourly rate. Needed freight elevator which i booked months ago and confirmed with Day time front desk. Gym equipment are good. Feeling of OLD BUILDING is everywhere. Every week we are asked "where you going" by new front desk person !! really your front desk need to notify all the team members. Its been 4 months now.

Excellent staff and facilities

Building worker came into our room without a permission when we are not at home in order to fix a/c. My room didn't have any problem, but he came in and put dirt on my mat.

Excellent management company. Have been very proactive and responsive to my concerns. Management is always willing to work with you on solutions. Highly recommended!
