The building is good but there are people smoking in the apartment building which ruin everything. The hallways often stink of tobacco or marijuana smoke. The staff never responded fast enough which doesn’t resolve the issue. I can also hear through the floor. I currently wouldn’t recommend this building nor have extensions of renewing my lease if this doesn’t change.

I had a very poor experience with the management at the leasing office. I was disappointed not only in their response time, but overall how they interacted with me. I was about to lease in another building but luckily that didn't happen. The overall apartments are fantastic an A++. The gym, playroom and location in LIC are a perfect 5/5 stars. The reception area is well kept and the employees do a great job.

606 West 57th Street We just moved into the Ph floor, and have been beyond pleased. The front desk/porters, and the handymen have all gone above and beyond to make sure that we are happy, repairs are made, and have even helped to carry heavy things from the elevator to our apartment. We feel so lucky to live here! Wonderful, wonderful staff.

Workers here are amazing and extremely courteous, but management company has to do a better job on who they lease the building out to or monitoring the tenants. I have people on my floor who slam doors, have parties and blast music till 3am and tenants who don’t know what a trash can is.

Management system is amazing. All of our issues are addressed in within a day or less.

Very well manage community. Residents have good moral for the most. the only wish is to run shuttle in day time even less cadences.

Hope the leasing manager has better attitude towards moving in replies.
