Everything about this building is absolutely magnificent. The building manager is very attentive and the doormen don't only know your name but genuinely care about their job and your well being. The amenities speak for themselves, no need to review them!

I'm very satisfied with the building and the services I'm getting. Considering the cold weather I would try to prolong the shuttle hours.

TFC is almost perfect except severe wind in that area. Place is clean and nice. My only concern is that the elevator gets shut down either too soon or too slow. Adult might be ok with it but I worry about kids and dogs that can stuck or hit by an elevator door because of its speed.

Good view and Good apt.

4610 must do a better job enforcing the no smoking policy. I routinely smell smoke coming through the window and also the air vents in the wall from other units.

Hi Alex. We understand it can be frustrating sometimes to smell smoke. To help enforce our smoking policy where applicable, please participate by reporting any infractions on Building Link and we will investigate within the boundaries of our privacy policies as well. Above all, the privacy, safety and comfort of each of our residents is our top priority.

TF Cornerstone has been my home since it was just me and my dog. Now, it will be home to myself, my dog, my fiance and my June 2017 newborn. The staff at 4545 Center Blvd are attentive and individualized. The building is immaculate and the units are perfect.

Such a great building staff at 4720, always very friendly and helpful with packages and deliveries. Maintenance requests are handled lightning fast, I have nothing but good things to say!

TF Cornerstone hid impending construction when signing lease. Shortly after starting the lease, construction began and amenities were closed indefinitely. When trying to resolve the issue, management was extremely rude and unhelpful. They lied, called me a liar and put words in my roommates mouths. I would not recommend TF Cornerstone (not because of the apartment itself, or the maintenance/doormen, but) because of management/leasing office manipulation.
