At first, I was afriad that I get a place here TFC since there were so many bad reviews on TFC on the internet. But after I moved here, I am totally satiesfied with all of my new place. The people, the system, the building and the neighbor are perfect to live. The only issue I had before was the shuttle bus to the station. But that issue also was already solved after I submitted my complaint a bit ago. So I have been recommending to my friends to come and live in this gorgeous place since I moved.

I really like the managing company and all the staff of the building, nevertheless there are somethings that could be done to improve resident’s experience. The first thing is that I don’t believe 2 guests per person in the lease is a fair number of guests someone can bring to the common areas (if you want to bring parents and one brother it would already be too much). Another thing is that I think people should have a way to book the one of the barbecue grills that are not reserved for events, for free and a limited time (e.g. only 1h30min). This would avoid people going all the way to the rooftop with things for a barbecue and getting there in a busy day without anywhere to cook or leave the things. Maybe this type of reservation should only be required on weekends.

The hallways are old and smelly. The entrance needs to be improved as well. The door people should offer to hold the door more than they do!

The Front desk is totally irresponsible for the young tenant. My son who is only 11 forgot to take his key and locked himself out of the apartment while I went to my college at evening 6:00. My son looked for help to the front desk, but they refused to open the door for him and didn’t give me a call to confirm. They just left him alone in the lobby until I found him myself at 9:00pm before I tried to call 911. How could these people be so cold to children?

Just moved in about a month ago, so far no problems with management. The doormen are very friendly, the rooms are nice (especially with the floor to ceiling windows), and there's a great view from the balcony. Elevators are fast, and there's enough of them to not have to wait long to get on. Gym is good, clean, and has more than just treadmills (actually has a squat rack and bench press, etc). Doing laundry is expensive though ($2.25 per load, each for washing machine and dryer), and the outdoor terrace on the first and second floors aren't that nice, could be better maintained. No pool or hot tub in this building.

The service was good till lease was to be signed. After that they became pretty much non responsive. They do not even tell you clearly where and whom to contact in case of an issue. The after leasing service needs tremendous improvement.

Wonderful apartment !!!

4615 Center is located across the street from the East River with jaw dropping views of NYC. The apartments are larger than most with triple the closet space I previously had at another newly constructed building in LIC. The entire staff is just incredible. Everyone at the concierge (Vin, John, Clive, etc) go out of their way to wish you a good day when leaving and welcome every tenant home at night. From opening doors to bringing my packages in, the staff is always there to help. The property is simply immaculate, Day in and day out. The apartments are constructed well and therefore extremely quiet. After a few weeks, I called the building manager with some very small issues before leaving for the weekend only to find everything done when I returned. Amazing. I could go on and on, but rest assured that if your looking for a place to call home in the middle of all NYC has to offer, this is the place to live. I love it!!
