The living experience, facilities, front desk and maintenance staff are excellent. As good as it gets. The leasing staff, however, are terrible. We moved upstairs to a new apartment, which was previously lived in by friends of ours. The leasing team allowed us to leave some stuff upstairs before moving in and said it would go untouched. When we arrived, everything had been thrown out, they claimed they hadn't done so, and are now threatening to sue us for the money we withheld. We will be countersuing if they follow through.

It's like a hotel ! Everybody has sophiscated attitude and really comfortable to live in.

I am new to the building but have enjoyed my experience thus far. Everyone is very polite and the building is clean.

Our building (Two Gold Street), is great, but there are a some fixes that need to be made. The wifi in the lounges never works, making it hard to use the lounges as a work space. Also, the laundry should not cost extra.

walls in apartments are very thin- recent for not giving it 5 stars!

Porters, maintaince crew, doormen are all fantastic at 4610. I give them five stars. The building is well maintained and clean with maintaince requests being addressed promptly. Doormen are friendly and helpful - mail (receiving packages) is efficient and quick. No complaints. On the other hand, TFC corporate or upper level management is not as smooth. It takes days for them to respond to voicemails and emails about simple requests like electric bill queries. I have been ignored and generally treated very poorly. Dealing with them to rent the apartment in the first place was also a hassle and much more complicated and mismanaged than I hoped it would be. This side of TFC needs serious reconsideration.

Best rental experience in 16 years in NYC.

TFC does a fantastic job at what they do and the management of their buildings, but overall with handling issues and any issues the residents have, they are not so good. They usually never respond to emails, and if they do, they have very vague responses, as if they do not know how to handle these simple issues.
