TF CornerstoneReviews of tfc.com

My apt was advertised on the TFC.com website with a $1000 Security Deposit. However, my security deposit paid actually was one month rent. I asked for a refund through email but never got a reply. False advertising.

I am renting for the first time in many years after living in coop apartments on the Upper West Side. I could not be happier. Building staff and management were enormously helpful during my move and in the months of settling in. Any issues that come up are dealt with swiftly and well.

The building is great. The management people are awesome. The leasing office couldn't be filled with worse people who take commands from a landlord that makes MILLIONS and writes tenants a fee for literally everything.

1. the shuttles run not frequently enough, especially during 5 p.m. -8 p.m. When i go out from subway, i have to wait a long time for the shuttle coming. 2. There are certain weired noise from pipe under wall in my bedroom.

I love front desk men, maintenance folks and behind the scene janitorial staff. But for the price we pay I wish I didn't have to go through what I did this weekend. I've been complaining about heater, but the real culprit were windows. I didn't know this until I taped plastic sheet to cover the windows. After, I was shock to see the huge bubble growing! When I reported this maintenance, they told me that they can seal the windows. Seal meaning crumbled paper towers. Lol Now my windows have white paper towers around them, not an interior decorating idea I wanted. It'd embarrassing to have guests come over and remark now. And I'm sure they'll ask me how much the rent is. Sorry for writing a book, I wanted to explain properly. Please, the current fix is not acceptable. I do not want to spend money to get drapes and for installations. I need help to get through the NYC winter. Did I mention, I moved from Hawaii?

I like the building management how they organize the building and the staffs are super nice. They are willing to help you out whenever you have problems. I enjoy living here.

All door men are so nice, and everywehre is clean. I am so glad to live here.

As a long time resident, the most important thing that makes this location a great place to live is the dedicated, efficient, and friendly service from the entire staff.
