Efficient management. Good value for the price. Their buildings are all gorgeous. I stay at the center boulevard building in long island city but i have seen 2 of their buildings in the city And theyre both amazing too!!

When moving apartments within the building far too many people to deal with and no-one knew what others were sending out in emails. I was the recipient of 6 different people emailing me. I still receive emails asking why we left the building and left TFC and we still live IN THE SAME BUILDING.

The building is kept in good shape, and the staff is excellent. However, the price is very high and keeps on going up and up. Tip: You should encourage more interaction between neighbors. There's no sense of community whatsoever, and that's a shame.

Love the TFC team here at 4610 Center Blvd. The building is clean and bright.

I was all set to move in when the doorman told me i can't. And I have to stay for 30 minutes just to settle an issue which should have been avoided if the management was competent enough to facilitate it.

The process and the people were fantastic. Brian and company were consummate professionals who led a streamlined process from start to finish. Loved the automation tools and the availability of the staff at all hours. Would highly recommend.
