I am a foreigner with no credit history in the US. TF Cornerstone was really helpful by allowing me to show other documents that were useful in the approval of my lease. The personal is very friendly and the building is amazing!

Suffering from construction noise very early in the morning before 7 A.M. and sometimes even after 12:00 A.M. on the upper floor. One Resident on 2 rd floor has parties very often after 10 P.M. until around 1 A.M. at their balcony. The noise is way too loud since their balcony is outside of their building. They put tables and chairs outside which seems like they will continue having those parties later on. I don't know why this is allowed here. I NEVER get this horrible experience before when I was in other apartments. The apartment is pretty awesome though. The staff here are pretty nice.

Excellent building, staff, amenities, and neighbors. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a way out of the city, but still wants to be close enough to the action.

Clean, like the package system, anxious for the dog station to be finished and useable.

The room is a little too noisy: 1) door is very thin 2) external AC(?) drone is very loud Other than that no complaints, building is great!

Main complaint would be with how creaky the flooring tends to be. Very important to have carpeting so as to avoid this problem. Would like windows to have screens so that we could open them during the day without fear of bugs getting in.
