TF CornerstoneReviews of tfc.com

I am the Guarantor on a TF Cornerstone lease and have visited the property and the property onsite team (444 W 35th St.). Building Supervisor (Demitere) and his team are courteous, professional, helpful, security conscious and friendly. You have a assembled a fantastic team. John Bourke

The staff is friendly and amenities are good. Now the apartment was in decent shape with some minor problems (clogged sink, leaking door...) The worst is that I took a very small apartment which has a pretty good personal terrace which was not accessible due to construction work at the time of visit. I asked about it and said they "only" had to redo the facade (bricks basically). No big deal, I work in the building facade business and I know that it can't take so much time (5 months at max, especially that they start from top and I'm 3/4 up the building). 2 weeks after I move in I receive an email saying that they changed the contractor and that they would destroy all the facade plus terraces (concrete curbs, docking, floor etc. And would take over a year to finish!! Now with a 13 month lease I have to keep my blinds shut 6 days a week and can't access the terrace. I feel that I was not told the whole story and that I'm paying an extra in the end to get only inconvenience....

Could not say more about how outstanding this building is.

really terrific experience for all of us from the bathroom modification to the balcony ramp and the overall warm welcome and support!

Its a really beautiful building but sad that kids can't enjoy the 7th floor to the max restricting them of play. Also you can hear everything in the halls.

I love living here so far.

This is also not a specific question- the company as a whole or my building? The Chelsea building was impeccable, my current building is great but has it's blemishes.

Excellent services provided. More than happy to be associated with this building company. Very smooth application process and great staff!
