The location is good, views and apartments are really nice. Wish the shuttle would run longer or even 24 hours.

I've lived at 33 Bond St for about a month now and so far, the staff has been great - friendly and helpful. They helped me put up black out shades and is even storing the old shades. My maintenance requests have all been answered in a timely manner. My only complaint is that I have a next door neighbor who has a loud barking dog - the dog barks nonstop when the owner comes home or doesn't come home on weekend mornings. I've emailed the building manager and complained to the front desk. I've been informed that they issued a letter to the neighbor but when I followed up to see if it's done - no response. I think it's important that the building takes responsibility on tenants who are a nuisance and disrespectful to others.

By far and away, after 25 yrs living in 12 apartments in NYC, being a resident at TFC Cornerstone in Long Island City has been my very best experience. The management and leasing is professional and accommodating, the front desk staff at the buildings are incredible, all true gentlemen and the handyman staff are helpful, kind and quick. The apartments are spacious and efficient with closet space. The grounds, exterior & interior are groomed and cleaned daily. I love living here so much that I moved back after only 3 months of moving to another building.

Just moved in a month ago. Still getting settled in but it has been a very good experience thus far.

Everything is good for me, but the agent (who is co-working with the leasing manager) was rude to me when I visited the leasing office in order to further discuss about APTs. She seemed to be annoying because of my many questions and language barrier. Anyways, she was ill-mannered in speaking and behaving that I have never experienced in my life before. I am still feel bad about that. Except the experience, this APT is quite good.
