45 Wall St is a great building to live in. The door staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. The location can't be beat with access to multiple subway lines, restaurants, shops, and much more. We could not have made a better choice among the apartments we saw. Very happy on all fronts.

From the moment we signed out lease, to our move in and present, our experience with TF Cornerstone has been five stars. Great staff, beautiful building. A pleasant experience all around. My girlfriend and I are so happy to call this place home.
Drilling
We have been woken up every day since we moved due to the drilling and we were promised that there wouldn’t be drilling prior to 8:00am. Nice place but the drilling has completely ruined what would happen been a great experience so far.

Doormen are so friendly and personable. All staff and residents are very nice and the location in LiC is fantastic. Close to parks, view of Manhattan every day and close to amenities.

We LOVE our apartment. LOVE IT! We've had interactions with the doormen and Jack mainly and all have been incredibly nice but there have been some moments along the way that have made our experience with the rest of the building a bit frustrating. Getting packages can be a pain. Often, during regular hours, the door is closed. Last night, I was told to come back in 15 minutes to get my laundry (because the doorman was busy sorting mail) the same laundry that I couldn't get the night before because the keys were locked in the package room. Maintenance request should require more follow up and more detail of what was done in the apartment regarding the requests. If someone is responding to a request it would be nice if a note was left of work done or that someone was there working on the request. We'll often get a "CLOSED" email but no explanation of what was done. Also, those responding to maintenance request should be required to wear booties over their shoes. Thanks!

Love being part of a TFC community. They make everything easy - from paying rent to getting packages.
