Awful costumer service
It should not take 6+ days for a sweatshirt to leave the warehouse. That's ridiculous! Customer service was very unhelpful.

Yikes! No it should not take that long and that is not typical, I'm glad that our CS dept was very helpful that's good to know. I'd like to contact our merchandise vendor to find out more information about why it took so long for your product to ship, can you contact our CS dept. to give us your information? I don't want you to put your information out here on your review but I'd like to get to the bottom of this with our vendor. Thank you for letting us know about the issue.

Awesome dealer!
Amazon was sold out of the book I needed for my next college course and I was on a tight deadline to get it. You had it, and at a price almost $4 less than Amazon and WAY less than any other dealers who had it (over $1,000 for a book, really?). Not only that, but it arrived just two days after I ordered it! I can't stress enough how happy I am with your business and devotion to your customers. Great job!

Awesome site!
Very easy to use, I was able to find everything that I needed in one visit and it was affordable. Received the items timely as well! Will definitely use again and recommend to others :)

Affordable and Great Customer Service
I ordered a few books from Textbookx, as they had the best price. I had a question about my order and was helped politely and promptly. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

worst textbook company ever
Worst textbook company ever. horrible communication, no response to multiple emails i sent about incomplete order. Sent order back and had to pay $10 out of pocket for return shipping. Refunded amount was less than what i paid, and return shipping was not reimbursed. Waste of time, money, and energy. Would highly recommend that you avoid buying textbooks from textbookx. The only online book company i have ever had problems with. 0 stars

I guess I paid for only half of a book?
Wish I could give zero stars because I would in a heart beat. Ordered a lab manual that was ring bound, and it had previously been used so I thought nothing when it came in rubberbands. But I guess I should have checked to make sure it was all there, because its not. I only have 400 pages out of the 800 that the book is supposed to have. I have sent emails and gotten no response. Rip off. Very disappointing and aggrevating because now I have to go buy another book while I have half of one sitting here!!

Hi Alisha, I can't speak of the specifics of your order because I don't have your name or Order ID but if you ordered in our Marketplace the seller would have to specify it was missing pages. It sounds like you might be dealing with a 3rd party seller and not our company because we reply to any and all emails in 24-48 hours. I would use the Help link at the top of the bookstore homepage to contact our Customer Service directly so we can look into it for you. Never ending pursuit for great customer service
I've sold and bought many books from this company the customer service and staff are very friendly. They were able to resolve my issue in a timely manner,all the way provided great customer service. I will continue to do business with them great books, amazing prices and outstanding service!

Great Company
I ordered over 60 children's books from this company for my twin niece and nephew and each one showed up within a week of purchase and in great condition. I've also purchased textbooks for my cousins and never had a problem with them at all. Easy to order stuff and fast and they do have a lot of stuff used if I want to save money. Overall I will continue to use them.
