I ordered an e-book over the summer in preparation for Fall classes. Didn't pay much attention to the number of days before classes started. I ended up dropping the class. I was 7 days too late getting a refund and they won't let me give my access to someone else. Classes haven't even started yet. They get to keep the money, and still charge someone else, even though I could have given it to someone for free. Still going to try and give my pearson information to someone so they can use the book. Edit: they decided to give me an exception and gave me the refund.

I ordered a French grammar book for my class. I went through the whole complicated process of selecting the shipping, the shape of the book, and new/used. Since it is a workbook I ordered a new one and at the time of order it said it was in stock and gave me a shipping date. A week later it came back and said the order could not be fulfilled. This is my school bookstore and they could not fulfill a book I need for a class at their school. We do not have a bookstore on campus, French books are hard to find, and I already tried Amazon (which was also out of stock) so I do not even know where to look for the book.

I don't know yet but will see, only place I found this book was here. Didn't say anything about hard cover or paperback. Beef and cattle science part 1, 7th edition. Please be paperback and send invoice with shipment. ***** Seller canceled my order next day. If it's NOT THERE THEN DONT SHOW !! *** the shipping address is why it was canceled, why not just a text to ask? Went back to re-order book and now instead of $67.94, it's bumped up to over $100. STILL NOT RIGHT!

I ordered an ebook and two others that are supposed to be shipped out and I haven't gotten them yet. When I tried to check my order it's telling me my order number isn't the correct one. Those books are required for this semester. The ebook is not even there in the library. I would like to have my book. If that's not possible I would like my refund back. I'm not getting financial aid refund to buy book. I buy my books out of pocket.

Honestly a quick delivery, but overly priced, lack of diversity In prices. Terrible descriptions.

I love being able to find my textbooks and them give me options for purchasing. I did order two different textbooks from these and the orders were both cancelled by the seller. The late notice left me with 2 days to find the textbooks. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime

I paind extra 10 dollar for shipping early and it arrive so late than expected. Service is very poor. Plus they send me the wrong access code and my homework was delayed because of this

The online book store is good. I like that it gives you the option to buy from the market place, new or rent the books. Sometimes, you can find the books cheaper for urself on Amazon or eBay. Overall, the books that I have purchased are in good condition and arrived earlier than what I was expecting!
