I had my book within 48 hours of ordering it online. Although it was a "used" book, the condition was excellent when I received it.

I do not like your services when it comes to the shipment of my books. I personally order a new book this semester and received a used book instead, Therefore I just had to order another new book for the same course. and now i have to wait another five days to receive this new book and you sent my son a book with no code in it for one of his classes and he had to re-order his book as well.... I will not use your book services for any other courses I attend in college...

Calondra I'm not sure what book you are referencing, I see two orders for you in our system and one is a Used book called Voila!: An Introduction to French (with Audio CD) Non-Returnable Used. I also show another order that is more recent from August that is the Watchman which you did purchase New. Any used book you order is not guaranteed to come with Access Codes or CDROMS because they are used and codes are typically one time use only.

The website was very easy to use. Shipping was expensive though and takes a long time.

Rena, I'm sorry the shipping was expensive and it took too long. If you purchased any merchandise with us like a shirt or jacket that is made to order from an outside company. Each time you order an item it is made specifically to order so that will delay time to ship. We do mention that before checkout that all Merchandise ships in 5-10 business days and once it does ship it will ship in the shipping method you chose. Thank you for writing this review and letting us know about your experience it's very helpful for us to evaluate customer service and our inventory depts.
