UNK at Kearney bookstore has been amazing. They always have the textbooks that I need. Yes, you can always find them cheaper on other platforms but, at least you are able to used financial aid to pay directly for your books. The was only one issue where the book was on back order but the staff was very upfront and kept me posted the entire time up until my book was shipped. Again, has always been a slick and stress free experience!

The books were easy to purchase, however some were expensive. It was nice to be able to resell the books too.

Great, it won’t get the wrong book to you! And, you don’t need to find the book your self! Except, it is more expensive than most of the other places. ):

They always have the books that I need. The only problem that I run into is that sometimes my books don't arrive before classes start. Other than that TextBookX is reasonably priced they always have options and they reply fast to problems.

My experience of purchasing books from TextbookX has been great so far. The only issue I had with the service of this site is that back in the beginning of January when my second semester of college first started I tried to read an online textbook that I had already purchased the previous semester. The site said I still owned the book but I just wasn't able to read it, which was confusing and stressful. But outside of this experience, purchasing textbooks through this site has been really easy and useful.

Purchased a book that said I’d be able to download it but once I redeemed the code it only allows me to access the book on that specific website. Better deal than most but still flawed

This service was easy and convenient to use for renting and buying my textbooks. I was able to access my online textbooks quickly after ordering. My books arrived in a fairly reasonable manner. However, I was able to find cheaper options for one of my books elsewhere.

Acceptable service. Selling/returning/refunding books(specifically electronic in my case), was a bit confusing but I got the books in a convenient period of time.
