People I have tried and tried finding out about Tevasales. online which is advertising thee act shoes, the web site does email you back and Dekker or Teva won’t answer my questions about this site. unclear refund policy - they actually refund your store credit first - knowing that it expires and has a limited window of use before giving you your money back. basically the credit you hope to use? it doesn't if you have to return merchandise. i've never seen any business treat customers this way without being transparent about this practice

Recently ordered a pair of women’s flip flops from Teva. Delivery was fast but I am extremely dissapointed with the product. Despite the size being right the sole of the flip flop isn’t sturdy and slides from my feet when I walk (much more so than just the usual expectation of a shoe with no heel support) - this caused the front of the shoe to fold over a good few times whilst I was walking and eventually led me to trip over on the concrete and hurt myself. The part in between my toes has caused blisters on both feet as they rubbed so much, so were not only dangerous and difficult to walk in but also painful. To top it off, as I have now read in other reviews, the bottom of my feet is black from where the dye has rubbed onto my feet and will not come off with soap. Never usually write reviews but felt compelled to as these shoes are awful and I will never be buying from this company again. First and last time wearing the flip flops I bought from them despite only being able to bare them for a couple of hours. Do not waste your money on these shoes, craftsmanship is thoughtless, materials clearly cheap and very poorly designed.

I bought a pair of Teva water sandals: very comfortable and nice looking. UNFORTUNATELY, made in China, they fell apart after a few weeks. They use cheap glue and the soles do not stay on the shoes. I had to buy "shoe goo" to fix the soles many times. Teva should pay attention to the quality of their products.

I LOVE my Tevas! This was my first time ordering from their website and I have nothing to say but good things! First, I want to point out how fast I got my shoes. I ordered two pairs: the Teva Infinity and Teva Orginal on a Tuesday, and got both on Friday! Great service. Second, the price. Outstanding! I was debating for a while on whether to get Tevas or Chacos, but the choice was plain as day when I realized that getting TWO pairs of Tevas was still significantly cheaper than getting ONE pair of Chacos. That should tell yall something! Lastly, I just want to point out the quality and style of their shoes. They are not only super cute and chic, but they are also practical and durable (and waterproof!); to me, that's what really matters. Plus, they are so easy to put on, the base is super comfortable, the arch fits perfectly to my foot, and they are so lightweight! It has only been one day since my Tevas came in, and I have been wearing them EVERYWHERE. I look forward to ordering more of these amazing shoes in the future. My foot size is an 8-81/2, So I got an 8 in my Tevas. They fit perfectly, but a size 9 would also work as well if you want wiggle room. Teva does not have half sizes, which was the only thing I was bummed about, but they ended up being just fine!

Have owned many of the Teva products. They have been great until Deckers acquired the brand.Beware of deteriorating quality and if you break any shoe with laces, they cannot be replaced. Teva now supplies no real customer service, ignores comments and does not respond to customer service requests.

Be careful.I bought a pair of walking sandals (Ysidro stitch) about 3 weeks ago. The first time I wore them was at the seaside last week. Some of the pavement was wet with ocean spray. Wow, I nearly broke my neck. The soles are so slippy. I have never known a pair of footwear to be so slippy! As they are a danger, and not fit for purpose, I am trying to return them but Teva are making that difficult. You have been warned!

This company is dishonest and won't give refunds even when required by law. They will claim that refunds are not allowed if you no longer have the box or if the shoes have been worn. For online sales, this is wrong. You neither need the box nor have to return perfect shoes. They are required to refund with a discount provided you return the shoes in the given period. It has taken me 3 months to get a 50% refund. Along the way, they have lied, broken the law and spent a considerable amount of time and effort to avoid their legal obligations. It took Trading Standards to get them to behave ethically. Loathsome company and service.
