The sandals are really good however the staff and the delivery process is ridiculous. Expect weeks and weeks for them to process a return/exchange! I ordered some sandals asked if I could exchange them for a different colour they said yes not a problem, sent them, then when I was chasing it they said oh it takes 21 working days (forgot to mention that did you)?? Wish I knew that since on that week I was going away for two weeks and needed them! I tried to call them, got on the phone with some girl who was more excited about the fact that I was going away than to help me. All of a sudden she also decided to put the phone down on me. Rude and unhelpful to say the least. Then I ordered new ones, the exchange that arrived in the meantime I had to send back for a refund (this was 2nd November) and haven't heard anything from them since. I don't even think I will ever receive that money back oh well I can kiss £30 goodbye!

I bought my first pair of Teva Original Universal a month ago and after a week I discovered that the black sandals made my feet black. After weeks of use my heels looked horrible and no wash or foot file could do anything about the pigments from the sandals that had gone deep into the skin. I was swimming every day so my feet weren't dirty, or shouldn't at least have looked as if they were. In the end I decided to chuck the sandals away when I waited for the airport bus in Kos. I knew that I wasn't going to use them again. They had been useful but they really ruined the soles of my feet.

I love my Teva's. I had my first pair 20 years ago in high school they were so comfortable and lasted well into my college years. I ordered my second pair about two years ago and have since ordered four more pairs for myself and quite a few pairs for peace of my three kids and my husband. They are great for every day wear and excellent for hiking or kayaking. I have MS and most shoes hurt my feet after an hour of wear but my Teva's are comfy all day.

terrible service coupled with staff that doesn't give a s... ordered 2 items that I wanted to take with me on holidays. They stated at the website that there is 2-3 days delivery. But they couldnt be bothered to process it. When I contacted them to cancel they said it cannot be done. Customer Service promised to contact the warehouse and call me back but they never called so I assume they never contacted the warehouse either. 10 days after placing the order they send 1 item and said that the other one is out of stock!!! Horrible I would not recommend them to anyone!

Heading to Europe and needed some fashionable boots that were also comfortable. Snagged two pairs and I am now hooked! Super comfortable can't wait to walk the streets of Florence in them!

First I need to say that I've been a Teva customer for about 3 years and have really liked their products. Customer service seems to be non-existent however. I have talked to customer service on the phone, been promised a resolution, called back 2 weeks later (they said it would take 3-7 business days), they denied ever having talked to me. So, I started the conversation all over again - was told it would be 3-5 business days to resolve. Called back and they still haven't done anything (10 business days later). I asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold for 45 minutes and finally hung up. I guess I'm out my $$$ because I don't think I can stomach calling back again. BTW - they haven't responded to email that I tried over 3 weeks ago. Anyone have a mailing address?

Ordered 2 pairs of sandals via teva-eu.com website. After 2 weeks of waiting without any news, I tried to send an email. Did not work, email address was invalid. I then sent a message via the contact desk. Received as acknowledgement the following "Your request (number...) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff". Absolutely no news from the support staff. No replies to my numerous emails from the support staff. Sent another message but this time to the US contact desk. Received as acknowledgement the following "Your request (number...) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff". Absolutely no news from the US support staff. No replies to my numerous emails from the US support staff. Finally, I managed to get a chat with the US support staff who told me "According to the Tracking Information your Order is being returned to our Warehouse. Unfortunately we are unable to state why this has occurred. Please could you confirm if you would like us to resend the Order to you." Fortunately, the second delivery attempt was successful this time, after 3 weeks of waiting ! This company simply does not care at all about their customers. You are left in the blues for weeks without any news. I've enjoyed Teva products since 1991 but this is the first and last time I'll order anything from Teva Europe or Teva US online. Support staff does provide absolutely zero support for sure. Bottom line : avoid shopping Teva online. Period.
