Will never purchase Tevas again Paid eighty dollars each for three pair. Cheaply made. Uncomfortable. Have worn teva sandals for years. Disappointed and angry.

TEVA used to stand out for excellence, but not any more. I have spent the last two months trying to communicate about an exchange... NEVER, NEVER could connect with a live human. Wow. Sad to read all these poor reviews, but same experience. I got my first pair of TEVAs in 2008 and they lasted me until 2018. They were my favorite shoes and I wore them everyday. Finally bought a new pair last xmas for myself and it's now July and the bottom layer with the grips has already begun to peel off. Disappointed in the shoe. They make you pay for shipping to send them back. Then they will look at them and determine if they will give you a new pair. So disappointed in this company. I will no longer be recommending them to everyone and I will no longer be a customer. Sad day.

I have bought TEVA sandals many times at many different stores. But this time I bought them directly from the TEVA company. Unfortunately they don’t care what their customer thinks about their product because they donot have a place to review the purchased sandal. This is the first TEVA sandal that I donot like and that is because the strap is way too short and makes it Next impossible to wear. I had to take them on vacation as soon as I received them and wore them even though they made my ankle swell because the strap was so short it made it very tight around the snkle.they have been worn now so I cannot return them because I would if I could. Very bad quality compared to prior years of their sandals.

I’ve been wearing mine almost every day since I got them! They are so comfy and durable, and they came in the mail quickly, which is rare for companies to do amidst the pandemic bs.

I have bought Teva's before in store and they are some of the most comfortable sandals I've had. But when I went directly to their website 3 times over the past couple months they were out of my size. And what's worst, and the reason for the poor review is that every time I filter for my size it would show a selection. And then when I clicked one, it showed out of stock. I contacted customer service and they said this wasn't a bug, they did that on purpose. That's horribly frustrating to think something is available only to find out it's not on the own manufacturers website, and doing multiple times loss them a customer.

Bought a pair of mens suede and leather sandals (not cheap) Tried and tried to stop the black dye coming off over my feet. Had to waste my money and bin them. Absolute poor quality.

I have been a Teva fan you years. As of late, I purchased the Turkish sandal, dont waste your money. Poorly designed, the sandals "heel" strap will not break in, I have had these damn things for months, "every time" I wear them they tear up the back of my heels. Boo Teva. Their traditional sandals use to last for years, you are lucky to get a year!! Come unclued and straps tear. Boo Teva. Clearly not the same company standards when they came from AZ.
