Great Service, and Great Customer Service!
I needed a Terms of Service document for one of our SaaS websites. Using the Termly service was great! It only took 10-15 minutes to go through the questionnaire to generate the document. Then had a question on how to download it, I connected to Lesley in their customer service in a chat session, and she was most helpful in walking me through the exact steps needed. Thanks for a great service!

Great customer service
I had an issue with a payment (which was not Termly’s fault). It was dealt with by Melissa who was courteous, efficient, clear and kind. The issue was resolved in minutes with her help. Brilliant, trustworthy brand.
