Poor customer service. They do not send out invoices each month nor are they available in my online customer account. I have had countless back and forth emails with the Termly customer services team on this as it is a requirement for a business to receive proper invoices from its vendors (not just a simple receipt). I was told months ago that they were working on adding this feature (one would think it is a given!) and yet I have to chase them each month manually just to get an invoice. I will be looking for an alternative to Termly as this is really poor service. Especially for a company focused on compliance!
