total rip off please please don't ever use this company

Avoid this greedy company. I was in outside sales training for a month. Incompetent management that pushes you to sell. They threw me on the street with no training. The “training” I got was from shadowing other sellers. I had major issues with my I Pad that began 2 days ago and I resigned yesterday. They waste your time and energy. Don’t be fooled by the new iPad and I phone the Car and te gas card. The new uniform. It’s all BS. Trust me, they don’t care about you. Shame on management and corporate.

I had a year contact with them and it was about to end so I called them up to cancel. And when I did end up calling they had me pay a “early termination fee” when my contract was literally over in 1 day. They said if I didn’t cancel then it would auto renew for another year. I was charged $54.00, ridiculous. But that’s not all, they kept transferring me from person to person. And would keep me on hold, I was literally on hold for over two hours just trying to cancel terminix!! And when I called on the other line to see if I could get through they would pick up within minutes. I told them that they are giving me the run around, I said well you guys can answer for business opportunities but when someone wants to cancel, you guys do this. I told them they were full of it. I was so upset, I had to wait over two hours and 12 minutes to be exact and then I had someone call me and try to work out a lower price to keep service and I declined. For what I had to go through and how they treat their customers I will never ever again use their service!!

J'ai contacté TERMINIX à l'automne pour un problème de souris. Ils offrent une garantie de trois mois. Le technicien, très gentil m'a dit de le rappeler si j'avais des problèmes, même après trois mois et qu'il pourrait me donner des pièges supplémentaires. Je l'ai appelé, 6 mois après, parce que j'ai découvert qu'il y avait plein de souris dans les pièges, pour lui demander un peu de poison de plus et des pièges, comme il avait promis. De plus, j'ai découvert qu'il n'avait pas identifié un très grand trou ou certainement, les souris sont passées. Quand je l'ai appelé, il n'a jamais rappelé, m'a simplement répondu par message texte qu'il ne pouvait pas m'aider et ce, d'aucune manière. J'ai tenté de contacter la compagnie ou quelqu'un m'a dit qu'on ne pouvait pas s'attendre à ce que le technicien voit tous les trous(alors que c'est l'essentiel de leur travail et qu'ils disent garantir leur travail). Ensuite, il a dit qu'il avertirait le directeur régional , qui ne m'a jamais rappelé. Bref, je vais contacter la protection des consommateurs et je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec eux. Ce sont des menteurs, restez loin, leur travail n'est pas garanti et ils ne savent pas fidéliser leurs clients (c'est la deuxième fois que je les ai appelés et ce sera la dernière)

Let me be perfectly clear. The techs who come out to control the pests are excellent but DEFINITELY NOT the company. We have been with Terminix since we moved to Albuquerque in the summer of 2016. The techs who visited us were professional in their work and we have nothing but good things to say about them. However, the same cannot be said for this company's administration. Customer service is not only poor it is virtually non-existent. They make it impossible for customers to speak to anyone in the local office and emails are ignored. I have tried to make contact regarding billing issues for about 2 years; it would be easier to get blood out of a stone. Would I recommend Terminix? The strength of a company lies within its structure and its ability to deal with customers. As I wrote earlier, the employees who come out to deal with the pests are great. The office staff? Well, I'll try and stay polite so will just say this: I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY because they have no interest in keeping customers happy or even keeping customers. It costs more to obtain new customers than it costs to retain existing ones. And the ones that leave, as we will be doing after nearly 5 years, will be spreading the word that Terminix is not a trustworthy company with which to do business. UPDATE: The manager of the local branch (Albuquerque) wrote to us a couple of months or so ago with an offer to reduce our charges. They seemed reasonable but we wanted more information before agreeing. However, despite sending them more emails and calling them on the phone, we never heard from Terminix again. I should also mention that they have money of ours which should have been used towards a service which never happened: we have still to see the return of that money. I believe it is called theft. Beware of this company. You have been warned.

Please avoid terminix, I surprised this company is still in business. The branch in Gaithersburg Maryland scammed me by alleging that there were mice in our house and charged us over $1100 to exterminate the mouse. When I found we were coveted under our home warranty, I asked to be taken out of the contract and disputed the bill. They found my American Express card from an old transaction and charged the disputed bill to that account. This criminal act in the age of the covid19 pandemic was traumatizing. Terminix agreed to refund me the money save for $200 but the manager reneged on that settlement and gave me much less. I have since found out that Terminix has a horrible reputation. It is my goal to ensure that no one goes through the hell that My family went through in the hands of Terminix. Do not use them!

Worst ever, they don’t show up when they schedule a block of time and after my year contract I call and cancel. I got a call from local office who refuses to cancel service unless he speakers to me, screw you, I hate your company and am blogging everywhere possible to get the word out of your high pressure sales.
