After seeing termites a year after my contract began, I contacted Terminix. I was told a tech would come over in 2-3 days. That never happened. A month later I got a notice saying my contract is being auto renewed. I called immediately and said I am cancelling my service, please come and get the bait traps. They said a tech would call and come and get them within 48 hrs. That never happened. My credit card was just charged the monthly fee. I called again and requested that it be removed. The woman said that she is not authorized to removed but a manager would call me back today. That never happened. I have wasted hours on the phone to cancel a lousy service and still no resolution. TERRIBLE!!

Terminix is a rip off. When trying To terminate a contract after a year of paying $1,600.00 It never is. They keep taking money out of your account and never refund you even thou they removed traps. Never give them access to a credit or debit card in fact, for better results and honestly go somewhere else. Been trying to resolve this for 2 months. I've spoken to many employees, put on hold then the call is dropped.

If there were minus stars I would rate it negative. Here's my experience with Terminex in Kansas City...decide for yourself! Regarding Terminex Pest Service. The corporate service in Kansas City area is horrible and I recommend that you never use it. Not only could they not solve my roach problem (I spent several hundred dollars over a period of a year) their inter-company communication is bad. I ordered service for roaches and nearly every time the tech would show up he did not know what service he was supposed to provide. Usually wanting to spray outside for bugs and spiders. Additionally, they dropped the ball on service and was supposed to call back to schedule a new time and did not. I asked for a manager and left a voice mail, only to find out later he’s gone for 10 days. By this time it has been several weeks and the roach population us growing again so we kind of had to start from scratch. I complained to several CS reps over the year. Finally I canceled the service. I continued to get bills. I sent an email and made 2 or 3 phone calls. I was told the charge would be removed from my account. I’m still getting bills. One CSRep said they would have a manager call. It was in the account notes. No call. The last time I called I was sent to a billing supervisor who said they could not and would not remove the charge (after I was told it had been done). She refused to send me to her supervisor. At this point I called back a 4th time asking to speak directly to a corporate manager. I was told they would send an email to him. Don’t waste your time and money on this inept company.

RUN don't walk away. Terminex makes promises but does not follow through or return calls. Had to hire another company to solve the problem and now Terminex refuses a refund.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!😡 This is a very greedy company which just charges us the annual termite service fee without providing an actual service. People who are in charge of LI branch are impossible to talk to. They just demand more money from you, never fulfilling their contract obligations!!!!

They're a huge company who's only interested in getting you into a contract with with auto renew. Meanwhile those carpenter ants, and ticks and mosquitos have never been less scared. Try a local exterminator.

a company you can't trust. last year I paid for a treatment against termites, a few months later I called them because the problem persisted and they have done treatment two more times and I still have the presence of termites in the same place. My account history shows a visit last month for treatment and that visit never happened. 15 days ago after hours and hours of trying I called for an appointment because again I have termite activity in the house and they told me that they would call me to make an appointment, they never did, I called again last week and they told me that they would not call either

Worst customer service ever. I agree with others they make it nearly impossible to talk to customer service. I had an appointment Saturday and nobody showed. I left multiple messages and texts with technician. Had another appointment Monday and the same. When I left message for call back, I tried sales and they answered immediately. I described issue and was told he would get a manager asap, 15 minutes on hold and I hung up. Customer service called 90 minutes later and told me they rescheduled appointment for Mother's day the 9th. No notice, no call, No anything. She felt that was ok as I told her never come to my house again, ever.
