I booked a contract for regular visits after someone came to our door.Came for initial visit. Left some bait traps. Our issue got out of control and I tried to get them to come back and check traps and add more because they guaranteed their service. I had a confirmation, after many attempts, that someone was going to come by and then no one came and now they are not answering the phone and their voicemail is full and no one responds to their emails. So do not use this company. We had to put a stop on our credit card!

Horrible service, their guarantee is trash, they never come out and do anything

Terrible customer service, double charged me for services at my home. Cannot return phone calls in a timely manner. Does not follow through or honor their word.

I was a customer in Jacksonville FL since March 2022. I singed up for the pest & terminate service. Yet the termite service was NEVER conducted. Therefore, I called customer service numerous times to have by billing corrected. Each time I was told they sent it over to the local branch and NOBODY every called nor did the billing get corrected. So in June I canceled the service because of your companies failure to bill accurately and provide the correct services. Now you had the nerve to send me $676 bill because I canceled. I've call the branch numerous times now and the billing is still NOT corrected. I can't find a number to call your corporate office all I ever get is an customer service agent saying they will send yet another email and they see no responses on file from the branch manager.

Worst company EVER, they will take your money and when is a problem on they're end or a mistake on they're part they will tell you the generic script " sorry for any inconvenience but we will get back with you in 3-5 business day " , but by then is to late. There is no communication between the call center notes , branch manager/supervisor notes .They will tell you 1 thing and the next day is something else. Lost money and days off with this company whit no fault on my end but I'm paying the price. I guess branch supervisor/manager is too busy to fix the mistake or answer when your on employees call you to fix the issues right there. I doubt that I will get any answer back .

They charge us over $100 when they come out, most times we don’t even see them. For the prices that we have paid for their service is ridiculous considering they haven’t helped anything so I feel like they just kind of stole from us to be honest with you. At this point I believe they’re not even spraying. We don’t have ants in our house, we haven’t for years thank goodness. We live out in the country and we have an ant problem in our yards, even most neighbors here. After he “sprayed” the yard, (and they have been here several times at this point), within two days I was doing some yardwork and I was chased out of my yard because in a matter of seconds I had thousands of ants running up my legs. When I first noticed it was happening my shoes were almost completely covered. I proceeded to look in the lawn after I brushed them all off and I just see black ants carrying white eggs absolutely everywhere, just thousands of them running in every direction, no ant hill no nothing so I don’t even know where they came from. And terminex refused to come back out and fix the problem that they were paid to fix in the first place and didn’t, only if we pay them again. Our neighbor just got a bill from them and they weren’t even there. No black flag, no nothin, just a big bill.

My experience with Terminix was not pleasant. They scheduled me when it was convenient for them. Meaning I didn’t receive inside serves unless it was for “extra” service. There is no one to speak with when you have a problem. The managers have 24 to 48 hours to call you back! The final straw was I waited all day for them to come and they never showed. They had changed my service to Tuesday. I called and was told they would be there Saturday and someone would called in 48 hours. Today is Friday. I called again and you can guess what I was told! I canceled my service with them. It’s not worth the cost.

I filled out an online request for an inspection and evaluation in April 2022, after seeing a single mouse in my house. They showed up the next day and hard pressured me into an unneeded, unwanted set of termite bait stations. I paid several thousand upfront and signed up for their 12 month contract, which they implied was required. They promised to rid my home of any rodents, including cutting a hole into my foundation, installing a door, so that they could access my crawlspace and do extensive work in there. Within a few days, someone showed up to install about 12 termite bait stations around the exterior, another employee showed up to haphazardly throw 3 cheap mouse bait stations around the interior of my home (when I already had about 20 of my own around the home), and another employee showed up to stuff a few total feet of exclusion under the siding at various points. 8 weeks later I'd heard nothing more about the extensive work on the foundation and in the crawlspace, so I rid myself of the minimal mouse issue. Now Terminix will NOT cancel my $100/month "contract." I was told by a customer service rep through their online chat that they under no circumstances cancel contracts, despite having a button to request cancelation. They rudely told me "all you people do this...you get our excellent service, we rid your home of problems, so you want to cancel and stop paying us. We don't cancel!" Now I'm getting harassed almost daily by both Terminix and their financing company, SMAC, for payments for service I NEVER received. They supplied maybe $600 worth of products and labor. They've already been paid thousands, and want to keep collecting $100 per month for a year. This company is a SCAM.
