Poor service & no communication ! Cancelling in just three months !

When I spoke with their technician initially, they promised that they would remain on top of the provided services. They would treat both the exterior and interior of the home and obviously I needed to be home for the interior services to be completed. They followed up with 1 visit after the initial treatment when I was not home. They promised to return to treat the interior and never did. I then told the local branch I was withholding payment until they completed the full service (interior & exterior). An appointment was made and the technician never showed (he never called me), and told me they were not "allowing" him to treat for the withheld payment(I told them that I would pay the outstanding when the technician completed the service, as promised. I spoke with customer service and the service representative "promised" someone from the branch would call me within a day. I never received the promised phone call!

Dennis did a great job treating my property. He was professional and courteous.

Worst customer service. Service manager was combative. An appointment was set for one of two days unreasonable for a working person. Finally narrowed down to an 8-5 day - still unreasonable but would call when in the vicinity. Said they showed up but never called. My adult son was home and watched the Terminix truck drive around the cul-de-sac even went outside but the employee never stopped.

I had termites. I called Terminix because they have been around for a long time. They came out and gave me a quote with nothing in writing. I asked for something in writing and was told that after I signed his tablet agreeing to the contract I would be give a hard copy. I signed. foolishly. I paid with a check. After that they took money out of my account each month without my consent. I called several times to have them stop hitting my account and let me intiate payment. They always said okay and then did what they wanted. I finally had to pay my bank a fee to stop it. Then my termites returned. They were supposed to contact me within 2 business days, but never did. When I complained I was told they had set up an appointment, but they never notified me and let me arrange a good time. If you have no value for customer service, then call Terminex.

Worst everrrrr, poor work, no professionalism, They came, they did poor job on external house air coverings, never returned ,calls, hardly prepared when coming to do work. On trying to cancel, no manager available. Then tried to bill me after. If their was a (-) stsr they'd have it.

My house suddenly got infested by mice so I got a year of service from Terminix. Oddly enough, even before I had their first service, the mice completely disappeared, and they would come and set new traps every 3 months, but nothing was caught. Their billing system is very confusing, and it seems like the line of communication between the business and the technician is not good. In any case, I think I paid way too much (149.99?) for almost no work. If you are not happy with them, just cancel it right away, or else you would be duped into continuing the service you do not want.

Terminix is a very bad company to work for I worked for them for 6 years they just keep getting worse and worse on what they want us to do and there is just not enough time in the day for everything they want us to do.they let me go without any warnings or write up's they treat us like we are just a number and shorted my last check by a lot and claim they don't owe me anything which is a lie,they threatened us for every little thing we do so in other words micro managed. They over charge customers for everything they offer when you can pay someone who specializes in that line of work a lot less.i just would not recommend terminix to anyone just stay away from them and save your money
