I'm a business owner and Terminix has done a horrible job with trusting their employees. They come in and hardly fumigate my place wich has caused a few issues. When I call to speak to a manager, they give me the run arround. I really don't know what they use to funigate because it doesn't work.

If you are considering Terminix as your pest control company in Pensacola FL, make sure you are on the property when the technician is scheduled to treat your property, so you will know you have been serviced. More importantly, make sure you watch the technician as he/she services your property, so you can be sure you are getting the service you will be billed. As expensive as everything is these days, don’t assume 1) the technician showed up and serviced your property and 2) if they did show up, that they did what you are paying for!! We have had Terminix “service” our property for the last 22 years, assuming we were getting serviced, only to find out that we weren’t. The invoices came just the same! When we questioned the lack of service, they canceled our contract and refused to service our property. Which means we’re getting the same service, we’re just not paying for it.

Disgusting company. I got a sub pump through them and they ruined my credit after I paid for it in full. Do not trust these thieves. They are the worst company and will ruin your credit if you use them.

Terminix is unbelievably bad. You will be immediately ripped off if you use them and won’t see service for weeks even though they take your money right away.

The initial inspection went well and put my mind at ease. Had more swarmers show up about a year later and wanted to make sure it wasn't a sign of reinfestation (after paying them a lot of money). I've tried to get them out twice now and have been ghosted both times. They didn't even bother letting me know the appointments were cancelled and/or rescheduled. I had to go online and inquire. I can't say the service doesn't work, and I can't say that that the inspector and the technician weren't professional and polite (as they both were), but taking time off to be available for an appointment then being ghosted twice in 1 week really has left a bad taste in my mouth. This is very unprofessional considering for Termite services it cost me something like $740 up front and $139 a month for the first year just to be covered by them. That's almost $2,500 in the first year. I expect better service for that kind of cash.

Terminix is the best company for standing you up for appointments. They are the best at not following through on any of their agreements or guarantees. The tech said on a receipt that he had been to my house when he stood me up...twice. He said that the came out and found no termites. I have called 5 times. Terminix operators cannot contact the local office or the branch manager. Most Terminix techs have full voice mail boxes so you cannot leave a message. The notes on my account say that they have notified Terminix on multiple levels and still no response. Operators say that you should hear something in four hours. It has never happened to me. As a matter of fact, I have yet to receive a call. I was very surprised to find that I had an annual visit scheduled today, May 27th at 1PM. No one called me or emailed me. I only found out about it on my 4th complaint call. Of course this guy did not show up either. Do not waste your money.

Terrible company- had a termite contract with them. Some guy came out unannounced and did an inspection. Asked to go into the attic - which I allowed him to do- came out and told me I had a rodent problem and he could treat it for a really good price. Come to find out (when I had another service verify) that the rodent droppings wet very old and were certainly not indicative of current pest activity. He hounded me for several weeks until I finally told him that I thought he was scamming me. Never heard from Terminix again and wound up cancelling my termite service with them. They are unrealizable and dishonest- there are plenty of pest control companies out there. Avoid these guys.
