Worst company! Scammers! Signed a contract a year ago. Paid an extraordinary amount of money for preventative care and treatments. No one has ever come out to provide care. MANY appointments were set, yet no one ever comes, no one ever calls. When I call to inquire I am always told “the technician had an emergency”. Yet their records document a visit and service was provided. Liars! Scammers!! Beware.

Terminix does not live up to their name. I initially called to take care of roaches that sprung up in my home that I just purchased (had I seen them before I wouldn't have closed on it), they signed me up for a contract to take care of it as well as other bugs which were not a concern but regardless they came out and did what needed to be done and it diminished the amount of roaches found. Unbeknownst to me in the beginning its a quarterly service so all the hidden hatchling started coming out and here I am with the same problem. Granted they will come out free of charge if you call with any other issues but this is where the real problems are, I can't get them out to my home in a timely manner to rid my home of roaches. Its a vicious cycle thats not getting fixed because they're scheduling is absolutely absurd. I have tried to get them to come out and was very specific about when I am available so they can get inside and I can move stuff away from the walls yet they schedule whenever they feel and don't listen to the requests. When I call to get it rescheduled they have told me several times they will call me to schedule but they only send a text. As of my current issue, they never showed up to the appointment so I called and was told it was changed to another date. I was never made aware of this! No text, email, call, nothing! Now I am waiting for a branch manager to call about these issues with a wait of 24-48 hrs before I can resolve this problem, all the while the d*** roaches are just getting bigger and producing more hatchlings. DO NOT GET INTO A CONTRACT WITH TERMINIX, HORRIBLE SCHEDULING CAUSING BUG PROBLEMS NOT GETTING RESOLVED. MONTHLY FEE THAT IS DIFFICULT TO CANCEL AND WILL STILL CHARGE THEY'RE REMAINDER DUE EVEN IF CANCELED. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone ever!!!

To be honest, we were on the verge seeking other companies until an agent randomly chose Mr. Joey Barcliff. He’s professional, fast and efficient. Now, as long as they continue to send him and others with that same demeanor we’re good. If not then we’ll take our business elsewhere and that’s fact.

We used terminix for one year. No problem. Then Saturday we discovered a wasp underground nest. I was stung repeatedly. Went to er. We called them Saturday soonest they could come was Wed. I have the confirmation texts. They didn't show. We were home waiting. We called again. They said ok we will come Thursday between 8 to 10...they did not show. We called spoke to a supervisor who said they would come at noon. They did not. We call again, this took 3 hours. Tge customer service was smarmy, unprofessional. Refused to cancel our service that they are not providing. We then were called by Allen from a 508 number 5.5 hours later who tried to tell us we missed the pest technician...we did not. He never showed 3x. He kept dismissing us. If you care about your property, children, pets, general health do not use terminix. You will regret it. Still waiting to resolve this. Had to hire someone to actually show up. BTW no apologies from anyone...just apathy.

I purchased the home in the historic district of Newark, New Jersey. It was a very big home and no one had lived it for a while. When I moved in I had every kind of service imaginable done. As my family moved in and all my furniture and goods we decided to contract with a pest control service. In my former home In Dunellen jersey I will with a local provider. This was a bigger home and I wanted to be sure that I had the absolute best coverage in service so I went with a big national brand. Terminix. This is quite possibly the worst mistake I made for my home. I literally just got off the phone with customer service which, by the way, is the best part of the company. Unfortunately these young ladies and young men are the service technicians and or the management. I have had no three no call no show appointments. The technician for this area is a Mr. Wesley Moore. I’ve seen him once. We spoke briefly as he came to spray for ants. Even then, he’s lackadaisical spraying and obviously rushed demeanor was a red flag. This is been one of the hottest summers are very experienced. On one service call, when I was not home, my wife was sold another subscription to Terminix. This time some product that supposedly treats termites specifically and a host of other pests. Terminix installs these inground bait stations and then charges you right around $1200 for the service, which is broken up into a monthly payment. That monthly payment added to my pest control monthly payment equals roughly around $114 a month of which I have paid continuously. Not to mention the large initial treatment payments which evolving me. Currently I have a mouse infestation, cicada killer hornets in my front and backyard, groundhogs in my backyard and top it all off spotted lantern flies everywhere. The young lady I spoke with said in my account I have been noted for all of the missed service appointments. These missed service appointments require you to open a 3 to 4 hour window in any given day. My wife, who is the stay at home wife what manages the lives of our twin seven roles and her career as a work from home nurse complete with piano lessons and swim lessons and therapy for one of my sons has had to juggle her day around now three times to afford one of these 3 to 4 hour windows for service technician to come and treat my home for mice that are in my children’s room and hornets that are pervasive in my front and backyard. Every time I call after a missed call customer service then set another appointment for me that Mr. Wesley more and Terminix miss with no call or no-show.

I had a bad experience with Terminix Company. First They promised me the fumigation was only for 72 hours and I had to spend 5 days out of my house and spent over $600 in hotel beside that I missed 2 days at work. They stole a whole bag with medications, a bluetooth speaker and some other things from the house. Now They said that it's nothing they can do about it and they gave me less than $200 in credit. Just make sure to save all the money you can and take all your stuff out before let them in your house. Don't recommend it to nobody

I had a very bad experience with Terminex. The technician only arrived within the scheduled appointment once. All other times he was late or showing up after I have left for work. My home was never free of pests. They had the nerve to bill me for a quarter in which I did not receive service because the technician never arrived but sent text message stating he was starting treatment. I called t complain but the issue was not reconciled. One time when a technician did arrive, he tried to make me paid for a service that was covered under my contract. Worst Service Ever!

The corporate office messed up appointments. They informed us they’d be out between 1-5:00 and no one showed, or even called to inform us they weren’t coming. Then we reschedule, but decided to cancel the corporate office never notified the exterminator we canceled an appointment. Meaning he showed up anyway and we weren’t even home! He said he sprayed the outside. Well, according to our Ring video he barely did the front and never went into the back yard??? Never again!!
