Horrible company. The exterminator was rude and not at all thorough. The corporate office consistently messed up appointments. They never notified us of appointment changes. And nothing they did ever worked! They also way over state what they do on their website. Don’t waste your time and money. It’s just frustrating.

This company must be losing customers hand over fist. They are a bunch of crooks and liars. They quote you one price for service and once the contract is signed, they hike up the price by 50% more and if you want out of the contract you have to pay the full years amount. I’m 70 and I grew up taking responsibilities for my actions and the jobs I did. This company has no such work ethics. They will steal you blind and there’s not much you can do about it. Save your time, heartaches and money and go elsewhere for a trustworthy and honest company.

i have been with terminix for 20+ plus years and has seen changes that are not good. they dont respond to your emails like they did years back.the checking of station have been missed several times.and KNow the new station have been cut 60% from old one i had approx. 25 stations and now i have 10 for the whole perimeter of our house.And they left theold ones in ground .i am a 71 year old disable vet in wheel chair and i cant pull them up.disqusted

I paid 1600 dollars to have them come in to treat my house every 2 weeks for six months they showed up twice and never came back and now the six months is up and i called told them i wanted my money back because they havent came back and the lady told me they dont come every two weeks but the problem is i had three different people tell me they would come every two weeks

Try someone else. I signed up for termite control with yearly renewal of bait. It was fine the first few years, but now I struggle to get my service. I paid for the yearly bait installation in May...it is mid-July and I still haven't had the service. After contacting them, I was told I would have an appointment in June...received no appointment. Update online said a July appointment, so I contacted customer service to ask for a specific date and was told July 15th. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment and...no one came. Contacted customer service again on the 15th and was assured I was still on the schedule. I was told the technician would contact me...nope. This is the same garbage I had last year. Amazingly, they think so highly of themselves they increase the price $20 every year (I got to pay $400 for a service I have yet to receive). Last year, I only received service after multiple calls, no-show appointments, and mounting frustration led me to contact the BBB. And so, I have a repeat this year. Let's see how long it takes the BBB to get results.

No show, no call, no refund. Branch manager will not return my calls. Horrible customer service and will never hire them again.

They fraudulently charged my credit card 2 months in advance for a service renewal that I did not authorize. I am still trying to reverse the charges and they stated they will not reverse the unauthorized charge. Now I am going through headache with my credit card company and the BBB trying to reverse the charge. For real, spare yourself the stress of dealing with this fraudulent company. One or two good employee unfortunately overshadowed by the 98 crooked employees. My current service ends on July 28, they charged my credit card May 31 for new service to start July 29. I have not had any service done since April 14. They new service has not even started and they refuse to reverse the unauthorized charge. Horrible company!

I have been calling Terminix since March, 2022. It is now July 13th. I have a contract with them. They have made many promises and broken them. After paying for the gutter guard, the rep was to come check all the work. He has refused to come. Then I was told I had termintes. I have called and no one has come. The local manager has been made aware and has refused to talk with me. Terminix keeps trying to take money out of my account for services NOT RENDERED and to my hardship I had to close my credit card and have a new one issued which I am still waiting for. I have tried about 10 phone numbers listed as corporate offices online. That too is a lie. They all go to the lower level people who can not help.
