Very dissatisfied----31537159 the agent was quite stingy in the use of the spray and treatment.He bare spent 5mins in my aprt ,scantily going through a few parts of the house.I complained and he said that what you guys do. that is how he was trained.I called you customer care,the line was dropped and they did not bother to get back to me you company and its managers and agent were very not customer oriented. As i write the bugs are still in the house and even spread more.. Terminix barely added any value but took my 150usd ,I feel you have stolen from me luke ABU

They evidently plugged, pinched or disconnected my condensate pump line from condensate pump. Rude response to my calls for help. Very nice when trying to sell; rude irritated response to my issue. Don't use this service!

Horrible company in that you cannot terminate service from them!!!! I have contacted, numerous times customer service... talked on the phone with "senior management" to lay complaints and try and resolve this. After hours on the phone I am assured that my account is closed, etc etc and then later receive an automated call for a service call on my property! SCAMMERS!!!!!!! and when you have a pest problem, good luck "scheduling" them in - they make it IMPOSSIBLE for service.

America's #1 scamming service would be a more accurate title in my experience. Pd. thousands of dollars for bat exclusion & it remains unfinished. Run around when I try to get it fixed. IMO they are crooks. Webster, TX office is the one to avoid - sales professional I dealt with named Austin Hoheisel. The other reviews are correct - you can't even get a branch manager to discuss the issue with. These folks are HORRIBLE. BUYER BEWARE. I'm only giving one star because I have to - I would give negative stars if I could.

NEVER, EVER—under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE—use Terminix for termite services. Our household is COMPLETELY INFESTED with both dry wood and subterranean termites and I’ve spent an entire month trying to repair damages myself while desperately trying/begging to have them come perform interior/exterior treatments (per contract) and they have been scheduled, confirmed, reconfirmed and even personally guaranteed by BRANCH MANAGER HOWARD COHN on 3 separate occasions this month alone—only to then be canceled and outright refused, on an ongoing basis, by both the branch and regional manager. I’ve repeatedly attempted to go “up the chain” and now have been trying to get outstanding questions/demands answered by REGIONAL MANAGER LES WATTERSON—who also continues to withhold policy information, refuses to answer direct and repeated questions, refuses to schedule/provide immediate necessary treatments due to the companies ongoing negligence. I’ve been told a wide variety of stories by customer service agents—ranging from one telling me they “aren’t “allowed to provide me with that generic email address or the contact for anyone above the regional manager, to another giving me an email address that was incorrect, to another who spent a great deal of time with me on the phone trying to find that email address through his supervisor—yet none of them “have access to it” (or inherently know it), nor have anyone of them been able to find it for me despite their attempts (supposedly) to submit countless tickets and requests over a month now. And I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with customer service agents trying to escalate the issue, but keep getting told “their internal process” prevents me from speaking to anyone above them, and I’ve also repeatedly asked for third-party claim info/contact + general Terminix customer complaint/service email address to ensure someone else beyond these two grossly incompetent excuses for “managers” who refuse to provide answers because they know it’s their responsibility/liability. All the while the active infestations and swarms (because we’re in “termite swarm season”) keep ongoing and the termites are causing severe damage to the entire house and structure every single day. If you don’t want to take my word for it, simply Google “Terminix lawsuits” or “why is Terminix being sued” and you’ll immediately find COUNTLESS lawsuits/settlements for their failures.

I contacted Terminex about an animal under my house. A rep for Terminex came out the next day. They charged me over $300. to bring a trap out the following day. Late in the afternoon the man came out and set the trap. The next morning (Saturday) there was a possum in the trap. I texted the man who set the trap at 8:31 am. After not hearing from anyone all day. I called a third time at 6:45 pm. I finally received a text saying that the possum would need to stay in the trap until Monday. That is NOT right. So I took the cage to the lake and released it myself.

Buyer Beware. The first technician who came out did not know the difference between a shingle roof and a steel roof. He told me that they would seal the house and catch the squirrels in the attic. Cost$2,000.00 but guaranteed against rodents for a renewal policy of $200/year. The second technician came out with a foam spray can. He told me they did not do problems with roofs (which I was now told was the squirrel access) and they were not going to fix the crawl space access. He sprayed around the places where plumbing pipes went through the floor and said he would return and replace the crawl space door. He placed one live trap in the attic. They returned and the crawl space repair was to nail a board over part of the dog door access. More spray foam under the door. From the smell, I assume the squirrel died in the wall. They left one live trap in the attic. The contact I signed electronically after the 1st man explained everything says I owe them $2,000. I am legally required to pay this amount. Get the local neighborhood boy to help with the spray foam and you can replace their $2,000 bill for about $50. I thought they were a reputable national company. Never trust what their people tell you because they know nothing and whatever you are told is meaningless.

I paid thousands of dollars for an “exclusion” which is supposed to keep animals from getting into my house. Immediately after they did the job we had squirrels in our stove vent. After contacting Terminex DOZENS OF TIMES, they are still not responsive. Nobody ever follows up, and even in the friendliest manner, nobody cares. They take your money, and that’s all they care about. This is the most frustrating customer service I’ve ever experienced. AVOID THS SCAM OF A COMPANY!
