Do NOT use this company. Paid $3500 for my house to be tented for termites. Moved out my house into hotel. $400. Was told that there is a warranty that if I get Termites in the following 12 months they will fix the issue. 4 months later, termites back. If you have termites the Whole house needs treating not just spot treatments as they will be everywhere.Terminix did not show up to appointments, when they did they did spot treatment and had to escalate to a manager that I want it re-tented. Was told by an employee that they are actively encouraged to tell customer they can’t have a re-tent ( too costly to Terminix) and the just do spot treatments. Spot treatments don’t work. Termites are everywhere! Still on going issue 6 weeks after reporting this. Will have to go legal .

Terminix sent out a representative who lied to me and told me I had a bat colony in my attic. He wanted $20,000 for me to have an attic renovation to keep them out. Later, after having two different companies go up in my attic and look for this so called colony, both of the other companies told me there were no bats and no bat guano. It is very sad that a company can be so boldly deceptive as to have me worrying about bats and guano when bats did not even live in my attic!

If you took every bad experience you've ever had with a company, rolled it all into one, and multiplied it to infinity, that will inevitably be your experience with Terminix. It's a big name, but the only way they stay in "business" is by conning you into an over-priced, year-long contract, then proceed to steal your money for a year. And they use such a convoluted system, you never have an avenue to address the problems. And there are many problems. Like, everything that happens when dealing with them is a problem. Please, please run away from this company!

They promised this pest removal sweep that would rid us of our problem and then follow visits to make sure . What a joke one person showed for the initial "Sweep "and every visit since. show up spray a lil here and there and gone . in and out avg 15 mins. Pest are almost as bad as before they started this joke of a treatment plan

Joshua Kight is so professional and personable! He was prompt and explained the process of ridding my property of termites and upgraded my termite bait traps. He left my property very neat after installing the new bait traps in the ground. I have been very happy with his Customer Service!

Terminix Company is the worst company to deal with. Appointments were made with them on 3 separate occasions, they “No Showed, No call.” They are friendly on the phone, but they never show up. It’s just unbelievable that they remain in business. They do get you to sign a contract for a year, to get your money.

Terminix is not pest removal it's pest prevention. They send untrained people to spray your house with chemicals that you could probably get at most hardware stores for an exorbitant price. And when you request them to stop they continue to harass you for weeks on end.
