I cancelled our Terminix contract in August last year as Nantucket representative Bob failed to show up for the appointment. Bob kept coming without our consent and billing us for it even though I had cancelled the contract. I refused to pay the bills and have been harassed for a year about it. The harassment continues. I have called Terminix 8 times to resolve this situation to no avail. I have now written to them. I am fed up!!

We are selling a home and have had a contract with Terminix for 43 years. We have spoken with 14 different reps in the last 2 weeks trying to get a copy of our contract which the buyer wants. Tomorrow is the closing and we have been on the phone for at least 3 hours today. Each rep tells us they will "escalate" our situation to some higher authority. When I call to speak with the branch manager, the number Terminix gave me is disconnected. How does a company with almost 5 million customers stay in business with customer non-service like this.

Terrible hired them February 20 2023 for ants in a isolated location within 90 days my problem got worse ants all over my lower level of my home they came to my house 8 times and even had no show appointments I had no satisfaction whatsoever I’m very disappointed I complained and asked for my last payment to be refunded and they declined I hired Orkin less than 2 weeks of their service I’m finally seeing less ants

I will never do business with Terminix again. I spent numerous time with the people that answer the phone , left them with notes, and they could never get it right.. i gave them a couple chances to fix the issue and nothing. I reached out the the branch manager in Newark and nothing.. someone there emailed them about the issue and after that never got a call either. Spoke to the manager in Roselle, and that was another horror.. got nothing done instead added more confusion> after tellling me he will look into it and get back to me, the day after they sent me an email that they cancelled my contract. They are ridiculous, imcompetent, and reallly don't even deserve this one star either. I am fed up. as ai sadi.. i tried to fix the issue with them.. i hate leaving bad reviews on business page, but after many attempts of trying to fix the issue and nothing was done, im doing this to help them fix the issues with new clients.

We have always had the best experience with Terminix. All of our technicians have been top-notch, going above and beyond and always available in between quarterly services. I find their products effective and professionalism unbeatable.

TERMINEX does not even deserve 1 star! It would be negative 100 stars! This company really should be shut down for THEFT BY DECEPTION. They have been exterminating my parents home for years and they still have a major problems with all kinds of pests! Contracted their services to install vapor barrier under house and also insulate flooring. They knocked sewer cap off during insulation and I had to pay to have that repaired. They told me job was complete and sent pics. Notice that bath floor was still cold so I want under the house to check work and shocked to find that insulation was only installed the first two rows because that is all you can see when you open the crawl space door. There was no insulation installed beyond that! They had taken the new insulation and shoved it back to the narrow part of the crawl space on the other end of the house where you can't see. They just assumed elderly people lived here they will never know! Wonder how many other customers that they have deceived! They came back to complete and again said it was done. After they left went under the house and same thing. They did some but not completed and not done properly! They had to come back again! They would not refund any money for compensation but would not charge me for 6 months. However, their pest control must be pest food because we still have problems! So that is like no COMPENSATION AT ALL! I have contacted FIRST STRIKE pest services (470-999- 6819) and their service is UNMATCHED AND HALF THE COST OF TERMINEX! You will not be sorry you contacted them! RUN, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM TERMINEX! They just take your money and pretend to provide services! You will still have problems with pests after they come!

The first year of having terminix it was going great, I was able to call them to schedule my 3 month spraying. The guys were sending me the text of coming out. Spray inside and out. It was great. Now just recently, the drivers would come while I out doing errands and I would get a picture of just my front door, not the areas that he sprayed and what bugs and ants he found. Very upsetting. I have tried to get other spraying schedule, for inside, no text. No show. Today, this was the 3rd time this has happened. Very frustrated. My husband and I are very upset with terminix as well as with the drivers. They gave us no choice but to cancel the service. They kept taking our money, but no service.

We were leaving for vacation and needed to get raccoons removed from our attic quickly. A sales man came over and said they had to remove and replace all of the attic insulation because of animal defecation and urination. ( This was without looking in the attic.) Terminix arrived the next day. They removed 3 babies, cleared out and replaced the insulation and stapled fencing in the interior. They straightened out and gable vents and left a trap on the ground for mama. All the while they were working, mama was on the roof hissing at them. That night, mama came back, ripped out all of the gable slats and ripped out the fencing. Traps were set up in the attic and in the yard to catch mama which never happened. The way they replaced the gable vent is ugly and unprofessional. I didn’t mention that the insulator said the insulation was only disturbed across less than 20% of the attic. This service cost over $6,000 and the raccoon was never caught and the exterior looks very bad.
