Waiting for pillows - ordered on 11/30. received an email saying pillows were shipped on 12/1. Checked the tracking info every day for 9 days and nothing has been shipped ( I've called 2 times. Waited on hold over 20 minutes each time only to have a rep say that they don't know when it will be shipped and they don't know where the package is. Just that it is waiting to be shipped. The last person I spoke to gave me a tutorial on holiday packages and delays.

Purchased 2 toppers on November 21st and it still hasn't shipped. No updates at all from Tempur pedic. They state it's ready to ship but never ships. Their customer service is useless and their shipping department is apparently closed or does so much business they don't care if people get their product in a timely manner. Horrid experience and will never order directly from them again!!!

I made my purchase on Nov. 28th and my order is still pending after 9 days. I wouldn't order from this website unless you like waiting long periods before receiving your order. I am sure that it will take two more weeks for delivery after they finalize my order. I do not recommend shopping from this website.

Very bizarre experience!! Ordered a mattress topper on Nov. 5...still waiting! I've contacted customer service three times with promises made each time that this has been escalated to management and expedited to ship asap...still no topper! I feel like I'm dealing with some sort of scam from a disreputable company! I thought Tempur-Pedic was the best of the best...now I know they are the worst of the worst! UPDATE: After contacting customer service TEN times, I finally cancelled by order and ordered a Casper mattress, which I received in less than a week during this busy holiday season and LOVE by the way. Tempur-Pedic had already charged my card, and still have not refunded my money! Contacting this unethical company once again...

Still waiting for my order to be shipped! It never left the warehouse. Customer service is awful! Repeat phone calls for info as to why topper has not arrived at UPS met with mundane responses such as an email has been sent to the company informing them of your phone call. Paid for in advance. Never again

Tempur mattresses simply cannot be compared to anything else. I am on my second mattresses after my first was damaged. I tried looking at so many other makes, including all the new on line brands. There was no comparison, Tempur is simply out on its own. They are expensive yes, but sleep quality is beyond anything I have ever experienced.

Foam mattresses are a dime a dozen, and the Tempur-Pedic is not exception. Do not waste your hard earned money that comes with a completely useless warranty that is riddled with exclusions. They use their well developed brand name to earn sales but their products are complete garbage. My mattress did not retain its shape for more than 3 years and sagged so bad I had to throw it way because of how uncomfortable it became. Their pillows are also too high and will cause debilitating neck pain over years of use. Get a good Sealy Posturepedic for yourself with a high coil count.

Their website claimed their headboard kit was 'universal' for their beds, but it was not compatible with my adjustable bed. I got authorization to return the kit (which apparently I didn't even need to do), which they had received 3 weeks ago. The return has YET to be processed. I've now been waiting a month for a refund that should've taken 3 days. Horrible.
