Fast and easy! I had been trying the service on Amazon for 12 hours with no resuts

My family doctor takes up to 72 hours to call in a script and you can’t even talk to a human. I’ve been using TelMDFirst for almost two years and you talk to a live human that gets results within a couple hours

This was a terrible experience. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The advertising says it connects you with a physician. Instead, I'm sure I got AI response texts because clearly they did not respond correctly. When I called the operator three times because I got no responses after 2 1/2 hours, I could not understand their English. I ended up requesting a refund after I provided my credit card information and personal health information online. On the third call, I was told there was no provider available. My call was blood pressure related and this could have been a huge medical liability for the company. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

TelMDFirst has helped me every single time I’ve needed a prescription quickly, giving me relief until I could get in to see my PCP. I could live without them but I don’t want to, they really care about the patient!!

The whole process was easy-to-use and the response time is as if being in person. They also did a follow up call to ensure prescription will be sent same day.
