I needed a topical antibiotic cream (Mupirocin). Instead they gave me Bacitracin which is literally Over the counter product. Why would I have paid money to Get a product I don’t need prescription for.

I’m a nurse of 30+ years. The other day, I woke up with a UTI. I hadn’t had one for a long time, but if you’re a woman, you definitely know what the symptoms are. I called my doctors office, and had to leave a message for the doctors nurse to call me back. Since I was scheduled to work the evening. (24hrs later) They said that I could either come in and give a urine sample, or go to a lab for a urinalysis. I told the nurse that since they didn’t call me back, I took matters into my own hands, and that I was already on my third dose of an antibiotic that was successfully treating my infection. I have been so pleased I wish I had found the service much sooner. It is effective quick and I so appreciate the support when I’m in dire need of some medication. I've used this service enough to warrant the one year subscription. My emergencies seem to time themselves so that they occur when normal avenues aren't available to me. These people are there for me when I need them. No complaints. They do what they say they'll do!
