Prompt and professional service!! Definitely recommend!

You call, they ask questions, they determine what you need and send it off to medical advisors. They look over and recommend what you need and send it to your pharmacy. All this and you don’t need to wait or pay the hi price of going to the clinic all in the comfort of your home.

I have used this service several times and they are always thorough, very prompt, professional and caring. There are never any delays and hand-offs to other customer service representatives. The doctor calls after to check on you and they send texts letting you know timing and if medication is needed. If you need medication, it is called in quickly. I VERY happy with this service. I am now a customer for life. I’m happy to pay the yearly “fee” to belong. Insurance (even Medicare) doesn’t cover it because they are actually healing you, can’t have that. I can’t say enough about the doctors and customer service representatives.

Thank you guys so much! The violent bronchial coughing was so bad, I couldn't breathe. I honestly thought I was going to end up in the hospital. I'm better today,less coughing but totally wiped out. We are on vacation and couldn't find an urgent care that was open on Sunday. I am so grateful to you for saving our vacation. It's a relief to know I can rely on TelMD when I'm away from home. My usual First Care office was too busy to get in, so I tried virtual care. After filling out some information on my condition online, I got my phone visit and drugs prescribed within an hour! Such a relief! Will use again.
