TelMDfirst has done a great job in filling and refilling our family's prescriptions. They have been very reliable in filling the needs our family has had. Just upgraded our subscription/account to a Annual membership so it can be utilized by the whole family!

Very responsive. Took care of my prescription needs very quickly.

I liked that I was able to get a response the same night. Listened to my concern and sent in a prescription to the pharmacy I requested. Sometimes it’s hard to get a doctor to hear out the patient or be timid about prescribing certain medications but that wasn’t the case with this service. It was quick and easy.

The best fast and quick

I went to two other places who took my money and did nothing. So I decided to try one more place, and am glad I did. The came through, they did what they said. I needed something to get better because I was sick, we first tried a very difficult medication to locate which nobody had, so they changed it for me and was able to provide the very needed scrip. I prob drove them crazy as it took time not because of them, they were fast, but because of the searching for the difficult medication. They continued to communicate with me. It didn’t cost much at all, and they got it done. And it wasn’t easy, but they stayed with me through all of it, and did what they promise to do. Don’t waste your time with anyone else, they don’t help you! These drs did! I am now feeling 100x better and just picked up my scrip.So where others failed they did not! They did what they said and then some! I was not an easy fill and go appt, but they pulled through and I couldn’t be more thankful that they were there. I paid the subscription amount, and it’s very fair. Others charged me 100$ for nothing except to say “sorry can’t help you”. And I am very critical of service industry but they did it! Don’t see anyone else, just go to them and you’ll be fine, and you’ll get the service needed. I’m surprised at how transparent and honest they were. I won’t go to anyone else after them. They are good!

I found the exercise of using TelMDFirst very easy and seamless. The only issue I came across had to do with attaching a photo which in my case did not make sense. There should be an option to indicate no photo required. But it was a very minor issue which was easily resolved

The ease & quick response time to my medical issue

My partner went tanning and two days later experienced severe cellulitis of her left leg. We we traveling in Texas and no means to contact home physician. This program stepped up with history of partner and photos to assist with needed antibiotic and cream for infected site. We’re hoping recovery is fast but without their help hospitalizations was only recourse. Thank you can not be measured. I took out monthly program since I am a traveling medical professional and won’t be home based for awhile
