The pharmacy does not have any prescriptions for me

I have been using this site for prescriptions and they have been very helpful; good customer service.

I was under the weather with a UTI for weeks thinking it as just my Intercystial cystitis, it wasnt when i tested ny urine 'found out -by then i was hurting so vad I could drive to the clinic 35 mins away. I found TelMedfirst.com called filled out the forms they took good care of me. and they saved my life! Thank you so so much a my age we must be super careful! Went to my gnyocologist at urine center and she tested me now do bladder cocktails on me again. What a relief Maureen L

Very satisfied. Honestly no complaints. I knew and told them my symptoms. I'm glad they trusted me and I got my prescription very fast. The prescription worked and now the problem is gone. Also very cost effective and I definitely recommend to others and would return myself if I find myself in a bind.

Bella who answers all customer service calls and claims that she has no supervisor, no doubt has cost this telemedfirst company countless clientele. It is apparent that she has no customer relations experience and/or does not value the company she represents. She repeatedly talked over me, every time she would ask me a question and heard the first syllable of my response she would repeat herself over my answer. This occures 3xs with every response attempted. She appears to be so bored and jaded with her line of work that she entertains herself woth inappropriate behavior and responds to clients in a very unprofessional way.. it is as though she is actually working against the success of her employer. A shame given that it would have stayed 5 stars that I gave before talking to Bella.

They're fast and helpful. Its a comfort to know I can always go to them when I'm sick and I will get what I need to feel better.
