First time using telemed type doctor and was very pleased of how easy it was. Customer service was very fast and helpful and helped me save tons of money to treat my whole family. I was nervous but no reason for it. I got my prescription to the pharmacy in about an hour. Truly no hassle as it should be or how you would expect it to be. So relieved! Now I have a place I can rely on for me and my family! Thank you everyone who helped me and my family have our needs met!

Makes the process so easy when you’re busy or stuck at work!

I was able to get the needed medication and I registered very quickly. When you have pain and don't feel well getting up and out is not what you like to do. I have pain over my eye ,so driving wasn't an option. The staff is very friendly and professional. They asked alot of questions regarding my symptoms, so I know they made good choices on getting me well.

Responded quickly and customer service was helpful as always. Only complaint is we paid extra $48 for expedited freight and were told it would take 1-5 days for prescription to arrive. For $48 I would think it could ship overnight. Also we were not provided any tracking information for the prescription.
