I got a raging UTI on a holiday weekend. What to do? I called telmdfirst and had some antibiotics super quickly. What a relief. Thank goodness for this place!

Service is easy to use. There is a brief questionnaire prior to submitting the request for the consultation. I was called back in about a half hour, and a medical assistant had me confirm what I had previously submitted - a bit annoying, but possibly necessary. I was asked if I had previously been treated for this, and what medication I have been given. Unfortunately, I was not prescribed that antibiotic, which I prefer because it’s once a day, but something equivalent that is 4 times a day. There was prompt communication via text. Otherwise, I was very happy with the whole experience.

This is the first time I have used this service and I was very pleased. Prompt reply with a follow up telephonically to further assess symptoms. Provider asked a few questions clarified some information and called in a prescription. The whole process from making an appointment to picking up my meds was less than three hours. Will definitely use again.

They were very thorough, listened to everything I had to say. Responded really fast and got my prescriptions all in less than 2 hours on a Saturday. Will definitely use them in the future.

This company is a great way to get your prescription refilled when u don’t have a current doctor yet. I moved and am still looking for my doctor, plus I don’t have insurance yet either. So they are a quick and easy way to get your prescriptions I really need.
