Used TelMDFirst a few years ago for the same script and they still had all my information. Just a few minutes after I got off the phone, both this time and last time, I got a text from the pharmacy that they had received the prescription.. awesome service.

Good except I was told that my RX would be sent to pharmacy in couple hours. It was four hours later.

Needs do better. Transferring prescriptions is too tedious and requires the patient to get involved in all the administration. Not acceptable when a patient is paying a monthly subscription. Do better. Other than that it’s a very good professional service

Getting my prescription ordered at my local pharmacy was great. In less time than any traditional way of medical services. So pleased I gave this a try.

I tried it for the first time yesterday, I'm not feeling well an with a few questions about my symptoms I was given an antibiotic, so today I'm resting so I would have to say I would use this service again if needed

If you are reading this before purchasing a subscription/service with TelMDfirst, STOP they are a shady ,disreputable & a fraudulent company. Prices they advertise in bold letters are never the final price and they will continue billing you after you try to cancel. Their billing is deliberately confusing & the customer service reps are rude & unprofessional. If you made the same mistake as I did, just call your bank and dispute any additional charge.

This site is amazing. I am a nurse who has poor/ delayed access to a primary care. They have helped me out in a number of urgent situations so I did not have to go to urgent care. They are quick to respond and even helped me with a pre-auth issue I had with insurance paying for a much needed medication. I have been using them for 6 months, multiple times and they are almost too good to be true! Nothing to say but fabulous and knowledgeable
