I have no health insurance so this service was a life saver. I got antibiotics and got to speak to the nurse practitioner. It sure beats going to ER or urgent care and having to pay thousands of dollars you don't have. Also understand that many people go to ER for minor things because they dont have insurance or other options. This is the best option. With the doctor appointment and medicine it cost under $100. So I think that is very fair and convenient option. Thanks so much for everything.

The messages are transmitted accurately by the staff to the doctors so they can provide you with the correct dosage of medicine based upon their medical evaluation. As a matter of fact, I was once told by the attending physician (via the staff at TelMDFirst) that I would have to go for a blood test (as a precautionary measure) before prescribing anymore refills on my blood pressure medication. Afterwards, TelMDFirst promptly issued a written request so that I could have a blood test done at Labcorp (free of charge). Most importantly, the staff is always courteous and professional.
