I've been using this service for over 5 …
I've been using this service for over 5 years. However lately telephone connections are poor and can't seem to hear my calls or the people receiving my calls can't hear me. My caller ID used to display my cellphone number but I have got numerous complaints that my calls display different numbers each time I place a call. This is annoying because no one seems to be able to identify who the caller is. These issues need to be fixed. I have started shopping but if they're taken care of I'll stay with telephone Kenya.

I give you a 3 because i have been …
I give you a 3 because i have been having issues while trying to cal kenya. sometimes its the network that's not good, sometimes you cal and its not even ringing .my desire is that you guys try doin something so that we continue using the app{keep calling} coz i understand that its under telephone kenyaa! otherwise the best thing about it is that i dont have to use pin nos and all mechanics, just touch the no. saved and am good. THANKS.

You can also try placing calls using an Access Number, to see if the problem persists. You can find an Access Number close you your location on this page: https://www.telephonekenya.com/access_numbers_voice. No connections but you deduct money …
No connections but you deduct money from my account just for attempting to make a call! You used to be very good! What happened?

Very reliable, calls go through and site user friendly!
I have used Telephone Kenya for a long time now, and tried other ones but wasn't satisfied so come back to TelephoneKenya. Calls are clear and go through for me and people I have recommended it to. I have not had any issues with calling home so far. I really like the options on the website like pin less, speed dial which allows me to not have to enter numbers each time, very helpful once you go over the initial setup. It could be a little cheaper rate wise but other than that I would definitely recommend it to someone.

I am a bit dissatisfied with the clarity of sound and statics that disrupt the calls. It wasn't there before. Also it takes few tries to reach the person you're trying to reach, even when it does fine with other providers. Rates are fair nonetheless. I think this can improve. Thanks

When you reach 1,000 points, you'll be able to convert them into $10 free Voice Credit. We also offer a calling smartphone app, available for Android and iOS devices. The app is called KeepCalling and is free to download. Just log in using your TelephoneKenya account and you'll be able to call the contacts saved in your phone using your TelephoneKenya balance.
