In order to ensure the highest app call quality, please go through these checks: -Make sure you benefit from a strong Internet connection. -Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device. -Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider. -Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call. As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app. You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. Definitely a quick reliable way to keep in touch with everyone back home. Easy to dial, link up to your calling list . Increase your credit as needed -right on your phone Incase you run out while having your conversation instead of running to 711 or other convenient stores also easy to boost your relatives credit who would otherwise never manage in my case my grandma so they can keep in touch.
