Hello, Kenya 500 is a monthly plan, which offers 500 minutes which you can use for 30 days. When the 30 days are up, that batch of minutes expires, whether used or not, and you get a new batch of 500 minutes. This is the way monthly plans work, unfortunately minutes don't roll over. In order to ensure the highest app call quality, please go through these checks: -Make sure you benefit from a strong Internet connection. -Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device. -Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider. -Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call. As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app. You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet.
