Introduced a new file format with SnagIt 22 and now every time you save it just saves in this format even when you tell it to save in a different format. You now need to manually resave the file into the format you want and now you have two files on your hard drive so when the hard drive bloats you have to manually go back and delete their format which provides zero value and is not recognised by any other program on the planet. And of course no fix or response from the company which is a screw you to customers.

Good exchanger all fast and safe, I recommend it to everyone

The price of this application is not worth it at all❌ the First Year, you have to buy $60 for a year After a year, you should pay half the program fee for each new upgrade!!!!!!!!!!! ❌😳 I have to tell the company that you are very smart, really!!! 🤐 I NEVER GET THIS APPLICATION YOUR APPLICATION MUST BE ONE 1TIME ONLY PAYMENT AND UPGRADE OR UPDATE MUST BE FREE TOO!!!! YOUR POLICY MARKETING IS CHEATING PEOPLE ❌❌❌

I like their Snagit tool and Camtasia. I find them both easy to use, especially for those who need only intermediate capabilities. I use Snagit to capture screenshots and instruction graphics for our help center and Camtasia to do basic editing on webinar recordings. Works for my needs although their programs do crash occasionally and have bugs, I find I just need to exit the program entirely and restart it on my computer and that usually does the trick.

Great job exchanger. Always very fast and profitable! Thank you!

Changed bitcoin for monero, everything came in a short time

some videos come out without volume. Some have been lost. And to be closed there are always a lot of pop ups which is really annoying.

As your regular customer I want to say that guys are always ready to help with any exchange direction
