I have been using SnagIt for many years. If you are in business of any kind I would find ways to use it. It gets better every year. Always has been worth the value and I would not know how to replace it! Highly Recommended for any business. They make me look smarter than I am!

I had to jump through hoops just to purchase another license that I needed. You did not make it easy.

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration. Our system currently limits individual subscriptions to one per email address. We're glad our team was able to assist you with a business license over the phone, but we recognize this process was not straightforward. We appreciate you highlighting this, and we will be reviewing this workflow to make it easier for customers who need multiple licenses.

Snagit is a wonderful product that enhanced all my how-to writeups by allowing me to make a copy of anything on the web.

I have used Snag-it for years. Honesty there is no way I could do what I do without it. This is a product that I cannot live without!
