I bought this phone for our teenaged son - initially bought the 1 GB plan. We decided to increase the GB plan but had difficulty tranfering the info by ourselves. I was trying to do it on the phone but realize now that if I did it on the laptop it would have worked fine. I was initially dealing with Tina via email who answered my questions but I had difficulty communicating my needs in a timely manner so I called the 512 number and spoke with Anthony who was SO PATIENTS AND KIND!!! I 100% recommend Techless for both teenage phone use and customer service. This company is a God-send!

Tina was my customer service rep, and she couldn't have been more helpful. She answered every technical question I had and when I casually mentioned that I had ordered one for my mom, told me about the 25% discount with free shipping., even though I had already paid for it. Upon seeing that the order hadn't yet been processed, she canceled it and then sent me the codes so I could order the phone again with the discounts. Tina was patient, informed, and kind throughout the conversation. Thank you so much!

Tina helped us figure out some issue we were having with our portal. She was able to assist us clearly and quickly.

The phone seems pretty great, just wasn't right for me. My complaint is that they told me I would get a full refund if I returned the phone within the return period, but they charged me a $55 reboxing fee and then tacked on a $100 damage fee. I have spoken with multiple representatives asking them to send me photos of the damage, but they tell me they just can't, and that they go by what their warehouse tells them. It didn't seem right that I was charged for damages when I used the phone for 2 days, and returned it a few days later when they said I would receive a full refund. They got $155 from me for a phone I used 2 days, and made no effort to show me the damages when the phone I returned had no damage. I just feel like I was cheated out of $155.
