It was worth it.
It was challenging for us to get set up initially but, once we did it was worth it. My daughter is more productive and has been more rested.

Techless customer support is not Tech Less.
The Techless customer support team is what has made my transition to a dumb phone stand out. There certainly have been instances of frustration and that has been met with OUTSTANDING customer service. I appreciate Kyle and Josh and all their hard work. They have been available every step of the way. When I have an issue that cannot be resolved through email, I have received phone calls to ensure I get what I need. I truly do appreciate what Techless is doing in this space and what they are moving towards with the Wisephone II.

I love the wisephone II and techless
I love the wisephone II and techless! this was a great option to give my teen a phone so she could have limited access to calls an texting, but also a camera and music. thank you!!

Your tech support team is outstanding
Your tech support team is outstanding. My son found ways to evade the access restrictions built into the WisePhone and in doing so disabled his phone. Your team helped restore the phone's functionality and block the loopholes my all-too-creative son discovered.
