I had an excellent experience with Teamson! Faulty pump was replaced quickly. Immediate response to my problem!

It can be difficult to find good customer service on purchased products overall at many companies however, this was not the case with Teamson. I had a piece that was damaged to a child’s kitchen and Teamson looked into if they had the part in stock and shipped it right away. I was so impressed with the customer service. Will be purchasing their products again!

Teamson misrepresent their products It takes 2-3 hours to assemble. Not 15 minutes Sending 100s of pieces and charging multiple 100s of dollars is disgusting I emailed for help and got an obnoxious and unhelpful response

Fountain arrived with a key piece badly cracked. I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly and expressed a replacement part asap.

Awesome and speedy customer service. I received a box with mismatched shades of white for the Creativo writing desk. They sent me a return label and the replacement desk within the week. I would shop here again.
