I needed a replacement part for a desk I was putting together. I reached out by email and from the first response to the replacement part being delivered, it was the smoothest process I have experienced. The communication emails were clear.

Customer service was excellent, provided the missing part quickly without any problems. We are impressed with fountain and ordered another one yesterday! 5 Stars! Not all parts were in the box when it arrived. Still missing the mesh. Looks and operates as noted in the description.
