This company responds to reviews faster than most of its customers calls and emails so I would recommend that if you want a professional response write a review and they would respond quickly to a review while you’re waiting for assistance about your money and business matter …. Unprofessional team have no integrity towards carriers needs and will constantly run your business into the ground Beware of these reviews related to tbs factoring professional scammers. Can you believe I have invoices that have been paid 500 days on my aging report sent proof on invoices paid by brokers almost a year ago check # banking and routing # numbers for payment and still today they asked me to sent proof again I have emailed them this proof I have given them a letter of release and this is the results , maybe if I screenshot the proof of payment maybe they will respond back to the review… or maybe you could just take this warning and find a different route with your business this is unacceptable to wait this long for someone to call you back about your business needs and concerns…scammers looks like someone at tbs accounting stole the money and they holding me hostage for it, I know I would not wait over 500 days for my money BEWARE OF THIS tbs COMPANY anyone who says something good about this company needs integrity and help thank or you just couldn’t come up with your down payment for insurance don’t be fooled

I worked with Kesha and Patricia. Both were fantastic in helping me get going. I had family issues arise in the middle of getting setup and Kesha respected my wishes to be left alone to deal with them, knowing full well I was shopping around too. I didn’t get that respect from any of the other factoring companies. I just feel like they actually care about you.

After almost ten years with TBS I have say that issues are very rare since I keep a very easy way of doing business, by choosing very carefully whom iam doing business with it. But when issue arrives Thomicia Shaver is not the person to speak with to find a solution. Very unprofessional to the point that today 7/12/23 I am still waiting for her feed back when I was finally able to speak with her. People like this Thomicia Shaver gives companies a bad reputation, specially when you're dealing with a long time costumer.

Company was good when I started in 2018 now they keep changeling the contract with out notice like paper work must be in by noon for same day pay. And before if you ended up with a charge back. You set up a payment plan and everything was normal mow if you have a charge back can't get fuel to even pay them back by rights the should of sent out new contracts to every client to tell them the new policy not just assume we would know now since they have it if you a charge back and on payment plan you can't even get fuel advance how do they expect us to run and play them with on fuel advance I think they should be sending nee contracts out so clients can choose what they want to do with a company

I'm shocked to see so many negative reviews. Honestly, We as a company LOVE this Factoring company, so far. We have been working with them for about 4 months now. Help us get setup. We were able to get our DOT/MC #, UCR Permit, and a ton of information in the DO it Yourself packet. It literally had everything. YOU HAVE TO READ IT. I really want to list all the things that they provide. However, there are other companies out to get information. I will definitely say try it Yourself. Factoring fees are MATCHED. & The payments are not same day. Even if paperwork is submitted before 12, because your bank, if you chose that method, has to process it. So, it makes it available the following day. My advancements have been done quickly also. I never call. I always communicate through the tbs client app and I'm helped everytime. Maybe it's a Representative and not the company as a whole.
